The administration of vaccines can prevent the emergence and development of diseases of varying severity, which benefits the health and welfare of the child that fails to have the disease nor any subsequent sequels, but is also very positive since through vaccination in general infections can be avoided. In 2014, 2 out of 3 children aged between 1 and 2 years have never been vaccinated.
To give just a few examples: –
With € 10,000: 1,500 children would be immunized against polio.
With € 5,000: 750 children are immunized for tuberculosis.
With €1000: 6 health workers would be trained.
