Cudeca Foundation
The main objective of Cudeca Foundation is palliative care for patients with cancer and other terminal illnesses on the Costa del Sol (Spain).
Its objective is to become a reference in the care of patients and their families from the principles of palliative care, through the creation of a comprehensive program of palliative care: informative, educational and research.
Currently, they have a hospitalization unit and rehabilitation day center, as well as visiting homes and assisting families.
In home care, a professional team composed of doctors, nurses, psychologists and social workers carry out an in-depth assessment of each patient in order to offer the comprehensive care that each case requires.
In the Hospitalization Unit there are patients with a more complex situation who can not be treated at home. The hospital has 9 rooms to provide quality care and warmth to both patients and their families.
Its Day and Rehabilitation Unit is dedicated to improving the quality of life of patients with different physical, psychological and social therapies.
